Intakes at ACM are completed by our intake officer (Speech Pathologist). During the intake process we are happy to help you with any questions you may have. When an appointment becomes available, you will be contacted by text and email, to complete a detailed case history form to commence the booking process.
At times we have a waitlist and other times an appointment may be available and offered straight away. Please be aware after school appointments are in high demand and often have a waitlist.
If you would like to enquire about anything while on the waitlist, please contact our office.
Our Hornsby Office currently has a large waitlist for ‘after school appointments’ therefore we are currently not adding any more clients to the waitlist for after school spots. We have ‘before school’ and school fringe appointments available or we can offer school holiday intensive sessions.
Unfortunately, the Erina waitlist is currently closed. However, if you are interested in assessment and therapy sessions in the school holidays (only), please contact our Hornsby office on (02) 9482-8099.
Our Hornsby office has daytime appointments, as well as limited before-school and after-school appointments – be quick to secure your spot now or join our waitlist!
Our Erina office has limited daytime appointments and is accepting waitlist referrals for before and after school appointments.
We also offer school holiday intensive sessions, at both our Hornsby and Erina clinics, perfect for making extra progress during the break.
