  1. Referral
Parents, carers or teachers can submit a referral via our website.
  2. Talk to Your School or Preschool
Ensure your child’s centre agrees to on-site therapy at specific times and has a suitable space available.
  3. Complete Required Forms

  4. Initial Assessment
A comprehensive evaluation is completed at our clinic or your child’s centre to understand their needs.
  5. Therapy Begins
We develop and implement a therapy plan tailored to your child’s goals.

Session Information

  • Standard Sessions: 60 minutes total (includes therapy time, teacher communication, and admin tasks)
  • Flexible Sessions: Available by arrangement and billed pro-rata
  • Ongoing Appointments: Sessions continue automatically each term unless changes are requested by the primary contact
  • Termly Progress Service: Our Offsite service incorporates a Termly Progress Service for all our school clients. This is conducted during the school holiday period immediately after the term ends and provides an important opportunity to increase progress and collaboration between parents/carers and clinicians.
The review will be provided by your clinician, who will consult with you before the end of term to advise how this termly update will be presented. It can be one of the following and will form a compulsory part of our Offsite service:
    • School Holiday Session in the clinic or via Telehealth (Zoom), where appropriate.
    • Parent/Clinician Meeting.
    • Termly Progress Report.
    • Other services recommended by and agreed with your clinician such as Longer Session, Resource Preparation, Review Assessment or School Holiday Intensive.
  • The length and cost for this service is the same as your therapy session fee (no room rental applied for services that occur online or at our clinic) when choosing options 1-3 above. If an alternative service is agreed, (option 4) then the cost of this will be advised.
  • The Termly Progress Service is a compulsory part of the school service and is applicable to all school clients across all funding platforms.
  • Your clinician will contact you to recommend a termly progress service. If a response is not received, or agreed, the Termly Progress Report will be provided by default and you will be charged accordingly, once the report has been provided to you.
Please refer to the ACM attendance and cancellation policy for further details regarding attendance for this service.
