We are committed to improving our services and value any complaints you may have regarding your experience with ACM.
How can I make a complaint?
If the client/client’s representative is comfortable to do so, they are encouraged to raise their feedback, concerns or complaint with their clinician first, as this is often the best way to resolve things quickly.
Otherwise, they can also make a complaint to the Manager.
The process to make a complaint is as follows:
- Speak with your clinician during a session
- Call your clinician or the Manager on Ph: (02) 9482 8099
- Send an email to the Office – admin@allcommunication.com.au
- Send an email to the Manager – Laura Williams: laura@allcommunication.com.au
- Send a letter by mail or discuss in person at: 59 Florence St, Hornsby 2077
