Thank you for your screener registration and payment.
Your child’s screening appointment will be booked during the advised timeframe (please refer to parent note) and screening will be conducted at your child’s school or preschool.
You will receive a text message reminder two days prior to the screening appointment. This text will confirm the screener day and time for your child.
On the day of the appointment, your child will be collected from their classroom by the clinician and then returned to their classroom once the screener is complete. Parents do not need to attend this appointment, unless otherwise advised.
After screening, a summary report will be prepared by the clinician and emailed to you within 7 days.
